Coding

A harmonograph driven by one servo motor and a hand rotation gear. 90% of project parts are 3D printed using PLA and PETG material. The idea of heart and mind came from a fun twist of a pat-and-rub [head patting and belly rubbing].
  • Arduino Board: Arduino Leonardo
  • 3D Software: AutoDeskFushion 360
  • Input Components: Ultrasonic distance sensor [on one arm], hand-operate hand gear [on the other arm]
  • Output Components: One servos , 3D printed arms that response to the servo motor movement & the gears
  • Additional Materials: 3D-printed structure, wires, M3 threaded screw, M3 lock nuts, breadboard, laptop [power supply]

This work was shown at LumiNoir Art Gallery for a group show, Sagacious (2025)
