Small Screen, Big Nature (2025)
HCI
Exhibition
I am deeply inspired by grand natural environments and the way individuals feel and behave within them. These spaces can be healing and calming, yet sometimes overwhelming, reminding us that we are not the central character in the world in the way contemporary society often frames us to be. The title was intentionally chosen to be straightforward, reflecting this direct relationship between the individual and the vastness of nature.
Given that the medium of this project is TouchDesigner, I chose to keep the interaction simple by using a webcam as the primary input. This allows for an immediate and intuitive connection between the participant and the environment without introducing unnecessary complexity.
This project was part of Refract exhibition at The Hub (Bonar Road) on 25 - 25 April 2025
